Facility:
Dawg House Pet Care is an in-home boarding service that strives to provide an environment as much like home as possible. Unlike traditional kennels or boarding facilities, your dog is treated like one of our own while they are in our care. As a general rule, dogs have free access to one of our dog rooms and the garage, which is equipped with sufficient heating and air conditioning to keep the area comfortable for dogs. Depending on temperament, your dog will be housed either in one of the dog rooms, or given access to the living room overnight as Dawg House Pet Care deems appropriate.
Crates are available, but are typically only used as needed for meal times or to help calm down an overstimulated dog. Only dogs that do not show signs of reluctance are crated; this is for their benefit. Should you want your dog to be kenneled overnight, please notify Dawg House Pet Care at drop off so appropriate arrangements can be made.
All reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and sanitary environment. The property is sprayed with appropriate, pet-safe pesticides regularly to remediate the risk of any dangerous pests. However, please keep in mind that we are in the country and there is a known presence of potentially harmful or lethal pests in the vicinity (including but not limited to fleas, ticks, scorpions, toads, large birds, coyotes etc.) For this reason, dogs under 20 pounds will not be allowed outside without direct supervision.

Communication:
All requests for bookings, extensions or cancelations, specific care instructions, or medication instructions will be communicated in writing via text message or email. This is to ensure the welfare and safety of the dog, and that both parties clearly understand all instructions. Dawg House Pet Care typically responds quickly to all text messages; however, any messages sent after hours may not receive a response until the following morning.

Payment:
All bookings must be paid in full prior to drop-off. If you request to extend the booking additional nights, additional charges will be paid in full when request is made. At this time Dawg House Pet Care accepts Quick Pay (Chase Bank), PayPal or CashApp (cash payments may be accepted at the discretion of Dawg House Pet Care). Should you request to pick up early, the unused portion will be refunded with reasonable notification.

Fees:
You will be charged the following rates per night:
$30 first dog
$35 puppies under one year
$35 holidays
$20 each additional dog

Drop-Off/Pick Up:
You may drop off between 7 am and 6 pm, and pick up between 7 am and 9 pm. These times may be extended or shortened at the discretion of Dawg House Pet Care.

Feeding:
Please provide enough food to cover your dog's entire stay. Please note that changing diets could cause digestive issues, including upset stomach, diarrhea, and constipation. Should your dog's food run low, we will make every effort to notify you with enough notice to provide additional food. Chewy and Amazon can deliver to this location (Wal-Mart may not deliver to this address).

Medications/Supplements:
You are required to provide written instructions by email or text for all medications or supplements given, including frequency and method given. Please include suggestions if you have difficulty getting your dog to take medications (use pill pockets, cover in peanut butter, etc). Alternatively, if you choose to package your dog's food into individual servings, you may also include the medications/supplements with the packaged food.

Personal Items:
Please provide food, collar/harness, and leash. Optional: bed (if used) and a comfort item (if you feel it will help your dog feel more at home). Please do not leave any toys, bones, or other personal items. Some dogs exhibit possessive behavior over "their" toys, and we cannot guarantee it will return home in the same condition it arrived. Dawg House Pet Care is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
